Same ip different computers getting kicked from games

The two pc's both have separate steam accounts, they both have the same IP address (I'm guessing this is the problem.) We both use the same router to connect. I know I can use a vpn to change the IP of a computer but I don't want to pay for it, has anyone got any suggestions of how I could change the IP of one of the computers.

Highly doubt this is the root of the problem. What is the error message?

I had a lan party a week ago with 13 computers running on the same connection

It says 'You were kicked from the game' I think having the same ip may be a problem as we can join different servers, but we can't join the same one.

Actually I don't think it is an ip conflict as we used a program to change IP but it still didn't work. Anyone had the same problem before?

Someone must of had the same problem before and found a fix :(

What is the chance u logged into the same account from steam on both computers to play dayz before u bought / downloaded 2nd copy of dayz ?

If u did both machines would have the same cdkey for arma2 in the windows registry.
