always zoomed in!!! HELP MEH!

I am always zoomed in just like you would be if you double tapped +. The - or + keys do not do anything and the problem continues even if i completely close six launcher and arma2 and re open them. The game is nearly unplayable when you are fully zoomed all the time so any help would be appreciated. thanks
