Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead not working at all

I just downloaded both Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead however Arma 2 is the only one working.

I didnt get to DayZ yet... but any help on to why this is showing up and what to do to fix it AND tips would be wonderful!

Actually, I looked it up some more and found this http://resources.bisimulations.com/wiki/Troubleshooting:_Graphics and its at the very bottom...

I will try this but who knows...
