DriftingJoint 0 Posted July 27, 2012 As title says, I moved my steam to a new 1tb hdd as my other was getting full. Now when I try to run combined ops to get on Dayz, I'm getting world chernarus missing. I can't figure out which files to edit my new steam/arma 2 path into. I tried the few cmd ones but no luck. jordan2412 60 Posted July 27, 2012 Might be easiest to reinstall DayZ. Only takes a minute. Make sure it finds your new steam directory.

DriftingJoint 0 Posted July 27, 2012 When you say you moved steam to a new HDD how did you go about doing that ?Copy steam folder, go to new hard drive, paste steam folder. Every single other of my 50+ games work perfectly on first run. Dayz doesn't.
BL1P 252 Posted July 27, 2012 As far as I know that's a bad way to do it because of registry settings.I cant really suggest anything to fix / revert what you have done. But I can tell you how I did what you have tried.I left steam on its original installed drive but used a tool called steam mover to move the games onto a new drive.this is the file I used :- http://www.traynier.com/software/steammover/hope something here helps you m8.
