Detta (DayZ) 59 Posted July 27, 2012 Yes, I know. There has been an outbreak; an infection.But I'm thinking, in the midst of the desperation.. maybe the superpowers tried annihilating this threat? As a last resort. Seeing as we're in Chernarus, this might be where the infection started. We all woke up somewhere on the beach.Did we survive a nuke? Did we arrive on a boat?I'm thinking that there has to be some radiation involved, because the world is not very vibrant regardless if you have full health or not.You can always notice a minor lack of color.
