palanoid (DayZ) 0 Posted May 23, 2012 Date/Time: 9pm PDT 22/5/2012What happened: put 2 piles of wood into my ALICE pack,2 mins later server crashed,then joined another server,check backpack again and only see 2 objects with no names nor icons occupying 4 inventory slots in total. upon selecting them with my mouse cursor my arma 2 crashed.Where you were: in-game was at stary sobor. for servers i cant remember.What you were doing: navigating my gear menu.*Current installed version: dayz 1.5.8.2 , arma2 CO 1.60.87580*Server(s) you were on: cant remember.*Your system specs: i5 2500k,8GB RAM,GTX 460 1GB,Win7 64bit*Timeline of events before/after error: found 2 piles of wood -> put them into alice backpack -> server crashed -> joined another server -> check my backpack -> see 2 unnamed items -> select them -> game crashed Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Publik 404 Posted May 23, 2012 I had something like this happen as well. Put 2 wood in my backpack and a buddy took another, and when we went to start a fire our wood was gone. I also signed in today missing my last half mag of m9sd. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mutonizer 78 Posted May 23, 2012 Confirmed, that happened to me as well.That said, it apparently only happened on my character that was alive BEFORE the patch.
