Low fps idk why I tried everything

Title says it all I have the newest patch for both. But I alwys lag unless I turn down my 3d reslotuon which looks bad so I dont want to do that anyways here are my specs:

I have a Intel graphics 3000 which the games uses BUT i also have a Nividia Geforce Gt 555m is that good for gaming? If so why does it use the intel card and not nivdia card?
