crawled into tree and died instantly

What happened: I was crawling along and gently bumped into a tree which caused me to start rolling around on the ground crying like a premier league footballer. I then got the you are dead screen. I think this bug was said to be known about but I believed it was supposed to have been fixed hence am reporting it still present in 1.5.8.2.

Where you were: In the middle of the forest , due north of devil's castle.

What you were doing:crawling through some trees.

*Your system specs:i5-2500k, 8g ram, ati 6950 2gb.

*Timeline of events before/after error:

before :I had just finished a beer and was admiring my lovely new 24 slot backpack.

after: screamed completely inappropriate racial epithets at computer screen and backhanded half-full jar of olives across the floor.
