About bear traps...

I was thinking that it would be kinda cool to drive a nice car to the middle of cherno, park it in the main square and put a bear trap inside. And now that we are into this, it would also be cool to leave a trap built with a grenade and a little bit of wire. Maybe using the toolbox?

No seriously though, it would be hilarious if you could do that, and if someone picks it up the item description would say that something smelt funny about the contents. so you have to read the description before drinking. otherwise you get piss poisoning ;D

Theres no such thing as "piss poisoning." While the taste of urine is disgusting the only harm it can do to a person is if the person who urinated had an STD or some sort of urinary disease as Urine is a Sterile liquid.
