Ingame chat problem

So i got this problem where i can see others chat but they cant see mine

I was playing with a friend yesterday everything was working fine

then today we installed a better beta patch and now he cant see my chat anymore

Also tried downgrading again didnt work

Has anybody ever encountered this issue or know how to solve it?

Press , and . to change between the channels you are speaking. Change it to direct so other people will see you.

its not because im in the wrong channel

no matter what channel im in people just cant see my chat

voice doesnt work either btw

I'm having the same issue, I'm in the correct channel. A couple of days ago, I met another survivor, I could hear him but he couldn't hear me. He could still see my text, just not voice. But now, others can neither hear me, nor see my text.
