Arma 2 operation arrowhead

Please i need help i install Arma 2, and it was a success but this morning when operation arrowhead that finish, i open it so i can play day z wish in this case is not yet installed because i need to open first the browser of the game so i can play it, something happen and is this(images that you seeing right now). Please staff people that had this problem before and could fix it help...

Right click OA, go to properties, then Local Files then click 'Verify Integrity of game cache', this will validate your files and should recover any corrupted/incomplete files. Also, make sure you are running steam as admin.

This error crops up every now and again for ArmA and is usually fixed via this method.
