Long server loading times

Anyone else encountering this? Some servers take a while for it to load into the game (around 5 minutes) and other servers load into the game in around 45 seconds.

Yeah I get that a lot. Half the time when it is on the loading screen, I can't tell if it is actually loading or frozen.
