If you just got kicked, you're A-ok because BattlEye only bans you if it catches you attempting to execute a script. Make sure ALL programs you have open that could be considered malicious are closed, an example of a program that should be closed is Cheat Engine

I was using cheat engine in minecraft (need to get fast to my house)

That`s going to be a problem, the server admin saw you get kicked and he server banned you (just his server).

He is right in doing that, m,aybe you can find the admin and explain, but i guess you need to find other servers.

It's been my experience that if you cheat in 1 game you will cheat in another, and the fact that battleye kicked you means you had the cheat engine running when you tried to join the server, as it would not detect it if it wasn't running.

Since he pays for the server and you do not than the option to ban you should be up to the server owner/admin.
