Tents wiped?

Sorry if this has already been covered.

We have 2 Camps on 2 different Servers. On one of the Server, our Camp has been completely wiped, so like 6 Tents are completely gone.

On the other server, we had some tents which we have refilled with new items just yesterday, and today only these new Items were gone, the old ones were still there.

We saved all tents yesterday.

Hope someone can clear that up
