Helicopters are coming back to DayZ

I've heard that helicopters are coming back into DayZ in the next update! We can take to the skies and rain bullets of death again people. No more will we be forced to crawl through mud on our hands and knees, desperately try to launch our boats or hopelessly pull a truck out of a rock. For once again, we can roam the skies.

They need to be made more rare, especially now since the community is so big. It will be the case where every server you go on will have one or two flying around.

Every server has the chance to spawn them. The maximum that can be spawned is 3 per server. There's also like 8 different spawn locations, some right in the middle of Cherno and Elektro. It's hard enough to get a helicopter, no need to make them more rare.

Yeah, if they made heli's any rarer, there'd be ambushes set up on the one spawn point for it waiting for some unlucky sap who took the time to gather all the parts to make their way to the heli only to be shot in the head.

Helicopter spawns should not be limited to just those few locations that EVERYONE knows about. Make them more random, like out in a clearing in the forest, or near a small town, or even IN a village. That would be more fair. The known spawn points will be utter chaos. If you want to live, don't go there.
