US 38 Texas Payback

New poster, long time lurker here..

I have to extend my apologies to the camp North East ( I wont divulge GC).. I did indeed find your 10 tents and looted a couple of items, but then someone I'm guessing spawned in camp and popped me in the cranium. Fair dues, I was in your camp..

However making the laborious journey back to MY camp, which in all honesty was only 5 mins from yours but better hidden (hence finding yours quite quickly after simply going for a walk), I found my camp totally looted, I'm guessing you thought "How did someone find out camp? Maybe they have one close by?!"

So myself and two friends took whatever you couldn't take out of camp, we didn't have much so we pondered our existence for a brief moment, ate some :beans: , then decided to do or die and raid your camp.

We made our way up and split up to surround your camp, which was quite large, kudos. We checked for signs of life, none.. so I decided to start looting, first tent I came to had pretty much exactly the same items which were on my person when I died there last. Took it all back and extra, found some NVG as well, ta for that. Anyway, we also found your military Ural (thought they were only civ colours?) and off road pickup..

Now this is where I feel a little guilty, we kinda destroyed all your quite fully choked tents, think we left one.. then we decided to pop all your wheels, do some damage to the engine, break the windscreen and emptied a couple of rounds in the fuel tank. It wasn't our intention to do this but we were kinda in the heat of the moment, and having a laugh so continued. That was the truck, we liked the 4x4 so after packing it with stuff we headed off for pastures new :thumbsup:

Lessons learnt? None.. My base was raided, yours was raided, items, tents and vehicles come and go.. Having the will to laugh it off and start all over again with diddly squat, running around playing with noobs on the coast until you decide to gear up again, head north and get better gear.. Superb game, keep up the good work..

Chaps on US 38 Texas, I'm sure we'll meet again.. lets get a little roster going of members so whenever either of us engage, you will know you have killed the people who raided and destroyed your base and vehicles, and likewise, i'll know if I kill someone who killed me and raided my base.

And btw, no camp we have found has been hidden at all. Ours isn't either, really, but i have'n't seen one that was better.

Incorrect. Mullz you were in my camp, and I didn't spawn in behind you, I walked right up on your ass and put two into your skull. The only reason you got away with raiding our camp was because we were fighting the list of people Nixel put up at the time with only a skeleton crew of our own.

It's the price they have to pay. We've got 20+ people that know the location of our tents that arent in our fold, if they want to keep coming back we're just going to have to keep killing them until they decide that they're better off trying to find their own candy out in the world.

I saw you from about 500m out with the thermal optics. You didn't have the drop on any of us it's just vent is always lighting up with us trying to confirm who's who when people are entering the base, once we had a sitrep on where everyone was we started opening fire.

Wayhey :) its nice to see an off server community developing even though opposing sides, Lance I remember killing NE airfield, I was in the tower, NoLuck killed someone else, the name escapes me, Lance killed NoLuck when he tried to loot the body, I was in the control tower and Lance and myself had a little standoff with myself victorious :D close call though!

Oh yeah Dalton.. Don't suppose you were driving a tractor the other day only to have a round put through the engine block, burst into flames, then aggro zeds and get eaten? That was NoLuck :)

I'll probs be on tomorrow evening errr 6 GMT, see you chaps in the field, if there are two 'big' factions on US 38 maybe our group can be absorb to the highest bidder ;)

I have various encounters on fraps so I will be uploading to YouTube, I'll post the link here when I do, anyone else have any screenies or

Vids to share? Maybe we could have a US 38 YouTube channel?

My group had a Ural on US 38(Blue cabin with beige canvas) and 2 of us drove to a UAZ spawn only to be killed by someone. Congratulations to the person(s) that got the Ural and the UAZ. The Ural had all the car parts to fix the UAZ.

If I cared enough, we would have hunted you down. But instead, logged on a different server only to find bigger and better loot. SVDs, L85s, etc.

Haha they thought my tractor was sexy! But yes, it was blown up haha. I will start recording encounters with MSI Afterburner. We should make a youtube, i think that would be cool to see our server on there and hopefully get a good amount of views. And everyone keeps swarming our camp, but nobody has had a any success if we have been there with 2+ our our guys. We have a ton of murders now haha. Keep trying!

Just a little bit ago.

I'm camping with an AS50, got 2 others talking in vent. Everythings chill, just keeping an eye on things. Karaad's talking and all of a sudden I hear "fffsh-UCK!" beside me. I start freaking out because I'm certain that was the sound of a gun shot, checking my sectors... everythings quiet, people are telling me in vent I'm just tripping.

couple minutes go by.

I suddenly get the idea to check the fog 800-900 meters out.

What played out next is the scene straight out of Saving Private Ryan. I'm the german in the tower. I'm swiveling over the fog looking around when I suddenly see three figures by a tree. I have just enough time to Identify that one of them has a high-powered rifle and is aiming right at me. "fishh-UCK!"

Dead.
