How do i show my position on my map?

At first when i got my map it showed a blue circle around my position. Now nothing shows up. I have a GPS and a MAP but when i open my map it doesn't give me any sense of where I am other than my cords. I just want it to show that blue circle on my position again but I can't figure out how to get it back. Does anyone know how I could possibly do this?

Eh, not sure why, but when I play on one server, it always shows my position, but when I join another, sometimes it doesn't.

Server has to allow it in the difficulty. Mine does.

Use, CTRL+M to use your GPS.

Join a server which has the setting turned on(usually recruit/regular servers have them turned on).

A GPS will only tell you your co-ordinates so you need to learn how to read a map.

This blue circle will only show up on certain servers, normally it's turned off. It isn't really realistic to have a card that shows your position... You can see coordinates on the map, which can be compared to the coordinates on your gps.

Not all servers have the Blue Circle enabled. The easyest way to locate with the GPS when you get your coordinates by opening the Map.
