Finding cheaters/hackers

So on the server i play on i am friends with admins and we talk on teamspeak, they were just wondering how to go about finding hackers that had been on there server easily, what to look for, if there are any programs that search the logs or anything like that, haven't had many cases of hackers but they wanted to look for scripting spawns and the such.

Any information would help. Thanks!
