How to throw grenades and flares?

I know its a silly question but is there a button or do you use the mouse scroll?

Press F. It Cycles through any throwable items you have in your main inventory, fire modes(Single,Burst,Full auto).

Push 'F' till you see "Flares" or "Grenandes" in the upper right corner. Then just mouseclick ;)

press F to cycle to your chosen projectile then hold left mouse depending on how hard you want to throw it.
