Since I am always short on good quality meat I thought well why not eat other players?

This is a survival game and who knows what and what not you will do to survive.

Nah not Australia, we recently allowed R18+ (highest rating) games to be sold in the country so if there was cannibalism it'd just get the higher rating

Rocket also wants to add more possibilities for drug abuse. Honestly, how could this game ever not be banned in Australia?

It's nothing Fallout didn't already do, at least.

(I'm aware of the new rating. It's a joke and I'm pretty sure Australia is imaginary anyway.)

Who gives a damn if the game gets banned in pussy countries, let us hardcore countries enjoy the game to their fullest, if you live in a country which doesnt allow it, just get an ip changer, or whatever..

This would make for some interesting scenarios - and if DayZ is a 'End of Days' (like Cormack Mckarthy's 'the road') type of apocolypse this would be an inevitable outcome. There of course should be a flip side to eating people as there is already too much incentive to KoS without adding the possibility of making the player themselves a food source...IMO the concequences would have to be serious, and the decision weighed heavily against the players needs (eg your starving to death) - it would need to be more than something to LoLs over with your mates.

Really now, I think there should be Typhoid (Zomboid) Maries in the game in the future. Just think if you're one-in-a-thousand and you happen to discover before dying that you can be infected and not symptomatic. You're either an outcast or you start making everyone else sick. Honestly, despite turning your victims into killing machines instead of giving them typhoid fever, it wouldn't even be as bad as real life. In real life, if you're infectious you'll want to pretend you aren't because if anyone finds out you either won't be able to live much of a life anymore or you'll be killed. Wouldn't having someone like that infiltrate your settlement be interesting? Wouldn't it be interesting to be that person?
