How to start a clan please help

I want to either join a clan or make one but i dont know how other than asking someone on the forums if i can join if anyone has space in a bandit clan could i join or could someone help me out making one? I am a type of raiding person fairly new to the game but i now the basics enough to where i would be able to survive. I have teamspeak and skype and want a clan that has that.

You should typically predetermine what type of player you are going to be. BEFORE requesting acceptance from someone.

If you want to join groups make shure you always have someone to cover your ass when you first meet up.
