Does anyone know of a good server provider?

I want to be able to ban people from my server, the same script kiddie keeps coming on mine and killing everyone until they start leaving. My current host Multiplay won't allow access to the required files to allow banning, obviously to prevent server admins from breaking Rocket's wonderful terms of service.

So does anyone know of a good server host in the UK or EU that will allow access to the ban list so we can ban script kiddies when we catch them? I know this will be against Rocket's terms of service but I couldn't give a flying fuck tbh.

None except to be able view a basic log file.

Sadly without access to the script folder we cannot submit anything that would result in a ban. We just have the word of 4 different people. The basic log file shows little other than the person in question can surcumvent Battleye when joining the server and also managed to login as Admin somehow.
