gloopy 6 Posted April 29, 2012 I always carry morphine, painkillers, epi pen, blood pack and any other med supplies I can get.If it's that bad I suggest you get yourself killed and start a fresh with 12k blood and go scavenge for good supplies (hospital roof in Berezino is good for medial supplies). Medical first. Weapons second.It took me 10-15 minutes to get there from Elektro spawn, picked up an Enfield on the way but didn't need it cause I was careful.I guess if that kind of thing isn't for you then this game maybe isn't for you.
