Dancingg 27 Posted July 26, 2012 I crawled for 30 minutes to get to Berezino. Actually quite satisfying getting morphine that way. I've found morphine in deer stands on the occasion. Very rare spawns in places other than military/hospital locations though.Tis why I always carry at least two morphine. I've had my legs broken at 12000 blood on first hit from a zombie. Not fun. Right after I made this post I just happened to find a morphine injector in a low value industrial building exactly next to where I got hurt.
