Can't change my players name?

Does anyone know how to change the profile name so I can add a clan tag? If you go to edit under player profile it wont allow me to edit my name at all.

Best to create a new Character if that ain't working. Sorry.

Try and change it on Arma II then reload Dayz and see if any change is there.

Create a new profile. You will have to change any settings and control customizations you have made, but you will still have the same character.
