Unusual low fps

Hi, ive been playing this game for over a month with no problems and suddenly today my fps is total crap. heres how it works,

Its like its recycling fps like for 1/2 a second then it freezes rince and repeat.

I have NOT had any fps problems before, i DID change some in game settings, trying to fix this and i HAVE verified game integrity. twice.

I have the same problem, happened overnight. I posted as well but no luck yet :(

Aye me aswell, I reinstalled and updated beta patches manually but nothing.... pissin me off
