Death before load in

I was loading into a server and on the final loading piece where your character has been created and such its all blank and says loading. Before the bar finished in the corner it says Agald was killed and i see the respawn screen. WTF? i had not even loaded in and i just died.

-EDIT- I am back alive...wtf?
