US 538 Owner just kicked everybody and locked his server.

I just killed his friend (PieTaster) and almost killed him (Owner) was his name and then he had *Admin*, he ALT F4ED as I incapacitated him. and he just kicked everybody on the server and locked it. Is there any way I can get back on it to transfer my camp to another server? I'm not asking for disciplinary action because I didn't record it and I know it's impossible for that to happen without proof. All I'm asking is for a higher-up to investigate, or help me transfer my camp.

He just apologized for locking the server and said it was because it wanted a death-match with his friend but he wasn't allowed to do that.
