[1.7.2] Blood loss and broken leg after crawling backwards

What happened: I was crawling into one of those small garden houses without doors. When I tried to move backwards through the exit again (pressing S) my character seemed to have a problem with that. Suddenly I got a shock, lost 3000 blood and broke my leg. Afterwards I could move backwards without any problem at all.
