Aim not on center of the screen

If im not mistaken when we use the mouse to aim something the aim of the gun stays on the center of the screen and the screen follows our movement.

Well i dont know what i did but now my screen doesnt follow my aim instantly. Before it does my aim "dances" a bit first.

Check your gameplay options. It's in there.

Turn off 'Aiming deadzone' under Options/Game options.
