Zombies Spawning in Ground

Date/Time: May 21st

What happened: Zombies appear in ground while idling with their arms straight out at 90 degrees. When moving they are doing normal animations and seem fine. When they get close enough to attack the pop back into the ground and have idle animations.

Where you were: Everywhere, the first known case I found was in Pusta.

What you were doing: Checking out the new update and scavenging.

*Current installed version: 1.5.8.2

When I return home I will take some screenshots and try and upload a video to show you guys the problem.

I have the same problem, it's extremely annoying, especially considering the fact that they're harder to spot from a distance.

I had the exact same issue right after updating to 1.5.8.2 (from Swedish mirror). I tried several EU servers, yet it made no difference.

Eventually I just deleted the existing @DayZ folder, created and downloaded new files from US mirror which solved the issue for me.
