roughly a hour by foot, 30 minutes by bike, and a lot faster by air or car/truck/bus

more time if you have to stop at the local town to find food and water or in the plains/ forest to hunt for meat

It took me a couple of hours in a HMMV using roads and off road driving to go from Oisna to the far West of the South coast. Most people probably never make it across map. I wasn't doing it in dayz, I was using the armory to get a good vehicle and drive around before I could get dayz to work.
