DE 749 - Abuse of Admin Powers

Evening,

I'd like to report the admin 'Josef' on server DE 749 - presumably a Josef Brixner, according to the server name. Myself and a friend joined the server on account of it being recently set up. We were at Stary Sobor, and saw another survivor running around the tents. We watched for a while, then once he headed into the open, started shooting.

Name tags were inactive, so we do not know if it was actually Josef, but the fact of the matter is the figure promptly did a 180, ran for the tents (we're terrible shots, it seems), and the moment he was hidden in the back of one, the server dropped to player selection and systematically kicked all the other users in the game. This was around 18:20 British Summer Time. Screenshots of the server details here and here.

EDIT: This video shows what happened when we tried to go back in shortly after the server was back up. This happened to my friend as well, believe he's uploading footage of that where he shoots and gets kicked...

Right, so as Zulu was saying, we were initially kicked when the server population was more or less 10. This was moments after we engaged an unknown in Stary. After the kick, I get suspicious and boot up FRAPS to get some evidence in case it was an admin kicking players who were a danger to him. Sure enough, I go back in and the only other player who was in between both kicks was Josef, the admin (according to the server name. You can see it if you look carefully at the end of the video)
