Respawn zones

We all know that when you die far from your group, you are pretty much screwed, unless you spawn in the right place. To sort it out people exploit the game suiciding as long, as they get the correct spawn. I did it, we all did it... It's only normal that we dont want to run thru the whole map, if we have a chance for a closer spawn.

What do you guys think of an idea, of players selecting the GENERAL AREA of spawn (say south-western zone/ cities zone/ south-eastern zone, and eastern zone)? Not the right place - that would ruin the experience, and also would allow a large number of exploits - but the general vicinity, that would allow people to return to group more quickly, without destabilizing the whole ecosystem.
