OK, so on the sixupdater download page, this thing called panda antivirus says that the download has a virus. it will not let me continue with the download. so i downloaded all the files one by one and the copy pasted them into Arma2 OA under @dayz with a file in it called Addons. I have arma 2 and arma 2 launcher. when i run the launcher it tells me that day z is missing something that is required to run the code. any help?

and FYI i installed arma 2 and arma 2 OA separate. could this be the problem?

What is the specific error code that is preventing it from running?

Do you have -mod=@dayz in your startup line?

Just to check, make sure your files are in the @DayZ/Addons folder, not just in the @DayZ folder
