Everytime i launch dayz from six launcher it says "wait for host" and stays on that screen, everything is up to date as well...

Does it work if you join by other means such as using the in-game browser or direct connect? I've seen the same issue before but it appears to be server-specific. Some I can join with SL and others I can't but I can join the ones I can't if I join them using direct connect.

yeah i can join like 2 servers but when i get in theres nothing, no buildings no trees an empty field just grass...its like the game hasn't loaded anything

Have you check task manager to see what the game is doing in there when this happens?
