Are the helicopters in the game?

On some pages the wiki says they are, other wiki pages says they arent. Some redditors say there are, some say there arent.

Can I hear from the developers if the Helicopters are or aren`t currently in DayZ?

There not in dayz at the moment. Said to be making a comeback very soon, keep an eye out on the patch notes.
