There is plenty of Axes sitting stuck in stumps all around the cherno, perhas just aswell you fill your bottles at wells you can gather wood at the axes

not quite what i had in mind but along the same track.

yes there are plenty of axe's stook in a wood stump somewhere and i think it would be cool if you can actually pick up an axe from there - ie a fixed "axe spawn point" instead of having hundreds of axe's spawning across the map, imo this would increase performance on the servers? <<< likewise, having crowbars only spawn at garages/fuel stations, makes sense really :rolleyes:

see the wall of wood here in the screenshot.. would also be cool if it would let us gather wood from this wood source?
