In-game freezes since last update

Since the last update 1.7.2.3 I get freezes while in game, every 10 - 20 seconds or so the game locks up, and I get a black screen with "Receiving..." text for a few seconds, then back to normal. I generally play on low pop servers, always UK servers, and had no problems lke this until the last Dayz update.

Played for an hour this afternoon, still getting this randomly...

Yup I am now getting this same thing randomly as well. Can still be attacked but can't do anything else, have even tried a complete reinstall of the game/mod.

I think it's an Arma 2 bug, still trying to find info on it.
