Lag, Low FPS

Whatever the fuck you wanna call it, its pretty damn annoying. I have post effects disabled, vsynced disabled, everything on low, 3d res on 960 , interfact res, 1280, but yet i still lag every 30 seconds and freeze for about 8 seconds. Its to the point where its almost unbearable. Anyone know a fix? And for using a ramdisk, those videos seem to be a bit... dated and they use the 'six updater' to launch but i have the six 'launcher' and my dayz folder is in a weird location so going into the launcher and setting the paths are a bit wonky. Anybody know a solution? Here is a list of my full specs

Processor: i7

Ram: 8 gigs

Graphics: Nvid GTS 450

DirectX: 11

even have 750 gigs left on hard drive

My game will play smooth for abit.... an hour maybe a little more and then all of a sudden it starts to become a little slow.

It is playable but it's slow and really annoying because if I reboot my PC and come back, it's fine again for another hour or 2.

I am not sure why this happens.

Yeah, my FPS gets lower the longer I play for me too, and also I get usually 50-70 FPS in wilderness/forest and when I go to a city like cherno or elektro my FPS drops to 10-15..
