Strange bug - All ammo and supplies dissapeared

Anyone had this one? Just logged in, all my ammo was gone, all my food and water, and all my medical supplies. All that was left was my weapons themselves.

I have had the same problem, all food ammo and supplies gone but my guns are still there. Also the stuff in my backpack is still there. This happens on every login making it very frustrating to have to always be out of ammo.
