3DP and CH on server names

Hi pretty new here and was wondering what the 3DP on/off and CH on/off means.

3DP means Third Person, pressing num pad Enter will give you an over shoulder perspective.

CH is Crosshairs, self explanatory?

3DP means 3rd person view: if its off(0) it means u can't use 3rd person and if its on(1),well... yeah.

CH means crosshairs: the green bars u see whne u wield a weapon without ironsighting. same if its off(0) its not there otherwise it is(1)
