Game freezes when clicking multiplayer

Whenever i click the multiplayer button, the game freezes for about a minute before resuming but with no servers showing.

It freezes if you try to press anything like refresh or adress.

Is this problem an issue from my hardware or is it happening to other people too?

and how to fix this...
