Why not turn into a zombie?

Hey,

it would be cool i think if your dead body becomes a zombie and walk around near the place you died. He carry some or all items you had, these zombies should be a special kind of zombie beacuse they are "fresh" they run a little bit faster then you and you can only kill them with a headshot. This would make the game more realistic(in the zombie apoca. way) and even harder like it already is. Maybe this should only happen if you got killed by a zombie.

What do you think about that idea?
