whatdouwant564@gmail.com 1 Posted July 26, 2012 (edited) I followed on how to manage multiple CD keys, and I bought combined ops through steam and had a non steam version of arma 2 free and operation arrowhead. I exported the registries one at a time as the video said and had 2 keys in a folder on my desktop. Then I uninstalled my non-steam operation arrowhead and arma 2 free because I thought I didn't need them anymore since I had the keys. I can switch between the two, but when I merge my non-steam key it launches a corrupted arma 2 free with an outdated almost unplayable interface, but strangely enough still lets me play DayZ with all the required expansions. Is there a way to redirect where the non-steam key launches from or something like that? So instead the non-steam key isn't located in my program files but rather in my steam folder? Sacriel42 mentioned something about copying and pasting where the keys are located, but I don't know where to place the keys. I think reinstalling OA would work, but I don't want 2 copies of OA on my computer taking up hard-drive space. If this helps, I have some error messages that display at startup when I open the corrupted “Non-Steam Key”, and these errors are;Picture ca\ui\data\logo_arma2ep1_ca.paa not foundNo entry ‘bin\config.bin/RscInGameUI/RscUnitInfoSoldier/Background.type.’resource title rscInfoText not foundEDIT: I've reinstalled my non-steam operation arrowhead and it's fine now of course, basically I only have one question now. Is there a way to uninstall my non-steam operation arrowhead, and still be able to play through both keys? I'm sure a lot of other people have had this question and I'm sure who ever can answer will be able to help out a lot of people who are skeptical on getting 2 CD keys.
