Fresh install, still have problems

Ok so I recently got some issues with DayZ where I couldn't connect to our server. After messing around with it, I said "screw it" and did a full reinstall of absolutely everything.

After I reinstalled everything, DayZ included I get 2 errors when I attempt to start the game via Six or DayZ Commander. The first one, during the program startup sequence says: "Addon DayZ_Anim requires addon CA_Dubbing_Counterattack" in a windows dialog box. Then, if I hit "ok" the program loads as normal, except that as it connects to the server in question, I get a second message which reads "No entry bin\config.bin/CFGVehicles/Citizen1.scope"

I have no idea what's up with this...

With the ca dubbing counterattack, that's happening to me too, and it makes my game crash. I don't know what to do, no one helps me
