A tale of victory - Firemac

[Firemac 41]

I have an awesome story to tell.

I stumbled across the mighty city of Orgrimmar... uhm I mean Electropump City of Snipers and while raiding a few houses I had no idea this was a sniper infested hell hole since it was my first time there. I was trained by the mighty Grom Hellscream to wield the Red Axe of Bane and could easily deflect any sniper rounds shot at me. I found a narrow corridor which I entered and reached their infester HQ. At the entrance I spotted two guards with crowbars guarding the entrance. I didnt want them to raise the alarm so I used my axe to harvest some blood from my veins, and painted me red in order to disguise me as a zombie. I slowly walked towards them and they clearly couldnt see through my clever disguise and wanted to play with me.

Before they knew it my Bane visited the place between their heads and bodies and I could safely enter the building. While inside I found that they had placed a series of traps in order to prevent any unwanted visitors. Luckily during my travels I had gained a certain skill in acrobatics so while I dodged the flamethrowers, jumped 3 meters over a pit of death and climbed the walls with the help of superglue a thought hit me. Is this my fate? After this good deed should I continue hunting down all the snipers in the known world?

Several minuets later....

I kicked the door open while running with my axe toward my first enemy. I decapitated him with one mighty blow and dodged a bullet that his friend aimed for me. I didnt have much time to think so I threw my axe towards him but missed, but it struck his ally behind him and luckily he shot his friend accidently. I thought I had killed them all when I was shot in the shoulder from behind. I fell down to my knees and felt dizzy from the blood lost and was starting to see black and white. The sniper mocked me and said "Kill me before the war is over will you? It appears not you are the better man"

I answered "You are right. They, are better men.". Before the sniper could react a helicopter flew over the building while spraying the snipers corpse full of bullets so it was beyond recognition.

Enemys were fast approaching the roof and I knew that it would be the end of my rescuers. During my ascend to the roof I planted several C4s that I found in a hackers dead body earlier. The helicopter was at the other side of the roof and I could barely hear his voice under the helicopters motor. "You gotta jump!" he yelled at me. I started to run towards him with my hand pressed hard against my gun wound. I could hear steps and gunshots from behind as I ran towards freedom.

One of the bullets hit me in the leg and I fell down, unable to move for several secounds while I passed into another realm. I thought everything was over and I said to my self. "I wish that the DayZ had never come to me, I wish none of this would happend. And I heard the voice of my grandfathers grandfathers grandfather "So do all who lives to see such things but it is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. I could hear the distance screaming of my rescuers "Get up you son of a bitch, cause Mickey loves you" I could hear a music theme in my head as I slowly rose again, fully regenerated as I ran towards the helicopter again. As I jumped I spinned around so I could see the rest of the infested snipers as I said "Yippie kay-yay mother fucker" before grabbing onto the helicopter and blowing the whole building up.

While flying towards the sunset I was happy. I had found my new purpose in the world of DayZ and would continue my hunt for snipers until the end of Days(Z).
