What do I propose?

A very rare spawn vehicle tracker that can be placed on any vehicle. The location of that vehicle will be shown on your map at all times.

What would this be used for?

-Keeping track of vehicles that you or your friends use in case they are stolen.

-Make sure broken vehicles are still where they spawned, or discover they were repaired and moved.

-Placing on an enemy team's vehicle to track them back to their camp or stalk them.

Instead of making this just all over the map the tracker could have a limited range. Like say, 1000 meters.

I wouldn't recommend it make any noise. That would kind of ruin the point of being unknowingly tracked.

Then it is not a balanced idea. There should be at least one way of spotting the tracker.
