PTG_FloppyPoppy 13 Posted July 26, 2012 I think tracer rounds would be a great addition in DayZ.My main reason for thinking this is when trying to give a reference of a enemy location sometimes not everyone can see the enemy and i know from real life experience a easy way to show the location of a enemy (especially at night) is to just say Squad- watch my tracer put a couple tracer rounds in there direction and boom everyone can light that area up. tracer also has the negative effect of giving a rough idea of were you are (but not perfect as the "phos" ( i think its phosphorous? or magnesium for white? on them i forgot)) it only ignites after a certain flight time around 100m from my recollection but i could well be wrong What do you guys think :)?
