Bicycle?!?!

Is there any way I can find a bicycle in a spawn location in Zelenogorsk? The server I play on is somewhat low population but I keep checking the spots, where EXACTLY do they spawn and how often?

If some one has the bike it will not spawn unless 7 days go by and the bicycle is not used. Most spawn location will not have any thing. People horde them all.

They spawn pretty randomly. My buddy found one on a hill up in the corner of the map. It randomly stopped working though.
